Q: Why do you call this a PC port/console to PC port?
A: The PC version was released around 3 months after the PS2, and Xbox release. With this, I assume that in that time period they were working on the PC port, as the PC version was not originally advertised in the trailers.

Q: Are the graphics are on their highest settings?
A: Yes they are.
