Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court Abuja has temporarily stopped hearing of the suit filed against the Kabiru Turaki-led Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) by a faction of the party loyal to the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike.
The judge has adjourned further hearing of the suit to allow the Court of Appeal determine an appeal filed by Turaki-led PDP against the order of the court.
