Actress Anne Firth and champion swimmer Nancy Riach from Motherwell feature in this story. Nancy demonstrates diving and swimming techniques.



C/U of Nancy's swimming costume which has a "Scotland" badge sewn on the front. She wears a kilt over the top. Anne wears a floral ruched swimsuit. Location of the story isn't known but it looks like a natural lake rather than a swimming pool.
