REM has completed the full remanufacturing of a VOESTALPINE 802 lathe, now delivered and commissioned at our client, ColorControl Cluj.
The project included complete mechanical refurbishment, electrical cabinet modernization, and system optimization to ensure reliable performance and extended operational life.
Scope of work:
• Full mechanical overhaul
• Electrical cabinet redesign and upgrade
• Drive and control system verification
• Geometry restoration and precision calibration
• Testing and commissioning
Through this remanufacturing process, the machine has been brought to performance parameters comparable to a modern industrial standard — offering stability, precision, and long-term reliability.
