Ingredients:
1 pack frozen Punjabi Samosas (we used Deep brand)
1 Loaf of bread (italian or baguette works too)
2 tbsp butter (or margarine)
1 cup of green chutney
-1/4 cup sweet chutney (tamarind or apple butter chutney)
1 tbsp Chaat Masala
1/2 cup of sliced bell peppers
1 whole tomato, sliced
1 cup of Amul cheese, grated
1/2 jalapeño (optional)
1 cucumber, sliced (optional)

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the pre-made samosas to golden brown.
Toast the bread slices until lightly golden brown.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Spread mint chutney on half of the bread slices and tamarind chutney on the other half.
Place a generous amount of bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, Amul Cheese, top with smashed samosas.
Close the sandwiches and cut the sandwiches diagonally into halves.
Sprinkle chaat masala on top of the sandwiches and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
Serve the Samosa Sandwiches with extra mint and tamarind chutney on the side. Enjoy your delicious fusion snack!
