How to remove a Roosa Master / Stanadyne JDB435MB2805 injection pump from a John Deere 2030 tractor. This is video 1 of 2, with the second video being the installation of a remanufactured pump. The governor weight retainer had failed in this pump, causing the engine to lose power and then slow down and stall because the return fitting was blocked with particles from the elastomeric ring failing in the governor weight retainer assembly. This video shows how to remove the pump properly so it can be rebuilt by an authorized fuel injection facility and calibrated.
I apologize for the audio as my GoPro was not working well with the Karma Grip gimbal. When I removed the camera from the mount, the audio cleared up.
