Описание: Barbara Fialho crushes some offset waiter walks. Strong! This is a great bang-for-your-buck exercise that works the core, shoulders, and hips while also getting the heart rate up like crazy. Start with two kettlebells of differing weights (the greater the weight disparity, the harder it is), holding the heavier one at your side and the lighter one overhead. From there, walk at a moderate pace, focusing on keeping the shoulders level and the overhead arm straight and close to the ear. Walk for a predetermined distance and then switch sides and repeat. There’s some leeway from a programming standpoint, but I program them as a core exercise later in the workout after the majority of the upper body work has been completed so you don’t have to worry about fatiguing the shoulders. Barbara makes them look easy (she’s a badass!) but they’re much harder than they seem, so be sure to start light. Once you get the hang of it though, don’t be afraid to try heavier weights provided your form stays perfect.
