This is the Hinotori Limited Express train that runs between Osaka and Nagoya, and if you happen to be travelling that route, you need to try this at least once in your life.
It’s not covered by the JR Pass, as the Hinotori train is operated by Kintetsu trains, so you’ll have to get tickets in addition to your pass.
