We start with the DAMA framework's six dimensions, then get into data reliability engineering and what Google's approach to uptime can teach us about managing dodgy data. Error budgets, runbooks, on-call rotations — all that good stuff, applied to data instead of servers.
Then we cover data observability (knowing your platform is healthy right now, not just when something last loaded) and finish up with data contracts — who's actually on the hook when a column change nukes a dashboard.
