Create floating Tab Bar with background blur animation in SwiftUI

In this video we build off of the glassmorphism card design I created in my preview tutorial. We will add a floating tab bar in the bottom right of the screen. When we tap this tab bar it will blur the background and animate the buttons inside of the tab bar.

Sorry for the performance issues with my computer. I hope this helps you learn some cool tricks with State in SwiftUI.
