देश के एक करोड से ज्यादा केंद्रीय कर्मचारी और पेंशनर्स... एक तारीख... एक बैठक और उससे जुडी लाखों उम्मीदें... 25 फरवरी 2026... यही वो दिन है जिस पर अब पूरे देश के केंद्रीय कर्मचारी टकटकी लगाए बैठे हैं. क्योंकि यहीं से आठवें वेतन आयोग की असली दिशा तय होनी है. 25 फरवरी 2026 को नेशनल काउंसिल जॉइंट कंसल्टेटिव मशीनरी यानी JCM की अहम बैठक होने जा रही है. इस बैठक को आठवें वेतन आयोग की प्रक्रिया का टर्निंग पॉइंट माना जा रहा है. वजह साफ है. इसी मंच पर देश के अलग अलग केंद्रीय कर्मचारी संगठनों की मांगों और सुझावों को अंतिम रूप दिया जाएगा. इसके बाद इन सिफारिशों के आधार पर ड्राफ्ट रिपोर्ट तैयार होगी. यही ड्राफ्ट आगे चलकर आठवें वेतन आयोग की चेयरपर्सन को सौंपी जाएगी. सूत्रों के मुताबिक यह बैठक सिर्फ औपचारिक चर्चा तक सीमित नहीं रहेगी बल्कि फिटमेंट फैक्टर.
