Описание: Former Delhi minister and AAP leader Satyendar Jain has been arrested once again. This time, the Anti-Corruption Branch has taken action against him regarding irregularities in a tender for a Delhi Jal Board (DJB) sewage treatment plant. Five other individuals have also been arrested alongside him. All the accused were produced before the Rouse Avenue Court on Wednesday. Satyendar Jain had previously been arrested by the ED on May 30, 2022, in a money laundering case linked to disproportionate assets. He was released on bail in October 2024 after spending nearly two years in jail.
