This was filmed before my ACL surgery but a great example of eating in a fat loss phase…
Keeping my meals simple and consistent has made it super easy to get back into a deficit and feel satisfied even while reducing calories after my bulk phase. I do 3 things every day:
1️⃣ Eat a filling breakfast like oats - this reduces nighttime cravings.
2️⃣ Eat a ton of potatoes and veg - low calorie dense and super satiating.
3️⃣ Cook without oil - I sauté with water, saving myself 100s of calories daily. (I don’t add it to my stir fry either). This is the EASIEST way to reduce calories without affecting how full you feel.
Do you do these 3 things each day?
