ବଲାଙ୍ଗିର ସହରରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବର୍ଗର ଲୋକେ ବାସ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଭିତରୁ ଅନେକ ଲୋକ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସ୍ଥରରେ ଅନଗ୍ରସର ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଦିନକୁ ଦୁଇ ଓଳି ଖାଇବାକୁ ପାଉନାହାନ୍ତି । ଏପରି ଲୋକଙ୍କର ପେଟକୁ ଦୁଇ ବେଳା ଖାଦ୍ୟ ପରଷିବା ପାଇଁ ବଲାଙ୍ଗିର ର ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ସାମାଜିକ ସଂଗଠନ “ସ୍ମାଇଲ ଫର ଅଲ୍ ଫାଉଣ୍ଡେସନ” ଅଣ୍ଟା ଭିଡିଛି ।
Balangir city is home to people from different walks of life. Many of them are economically backward and cannot afford to eat two meals a day. Balangir's leading social organization "Smile for All Foundation" has taken up the challenge of providing two meals a day to such people.
