Come join Otto and me for a little micro-adventure in the heart of the Lake District where we kick-started our Wainwright journey and got to test the guidebook ‚Peak Bagging: Wainwrights’.
We chose to walk a Lake District classic, the famous Fairfield Horseshoe. We had a great wild camp halfway on the route, bagged our first 9 Wainwrights and had incredible 360° views over the fells around Ambleside.
