This clip covers a continuation from the clip head and collar positioning. Carl goes on to explain how to set up for an attack after you have gained your position. With this technique you are either forcing the opponent out of position or you can anticipate he is going to react.
This is from the Championship Technique Video Escapes & Reversals video #5 in the series of 9. The series is Instructed by Head Coach Carl Adams of Boston University Wrestling. Carl was also a member of the Iowa State University Wrestling Team. There he was a 4X National Champion!
