So today, August 7, 2019, they opened Lucena Underpass so they can work on the bicol side on/off ramp going to the intersection.
They also opened the intersection due to the closure.
It's now easy to go to Tayabas/Lucban area from Lucena as well as going to Manila.
All vehicles going SB should use the Underpass.
NB Vehicles should use Underpass. NB vehicles going to Tayabas/Lucban area should use the bypass rd after St Anne College.
