We discuss the life and cinema of Rituparno Ghosh with his friend and long time collaborator Sangeeta Datta in this new video. Sangeeta Datta was the Associate Director (aplogies for mentioning Assistant Director in the video) to Rituparno in films like Chokher Bali, Raincoat, Antarmahal or The Last Lear. She is also the writer and director of Bird of Dusk, the documentary on the late Rituparno Ghosh. In this conversation, we discuss Sangeeta Di's association with Rituparno, the experiences of working together and his transitions around the last phase of his life in detail. We also try to discus on some of the regular criticisms around our beloved director and get Sangeeta Di's takes on the same.
