Safety warning. Nearly every year some one dies due to a Cliff or Cave incident.
Never enter a strange cave without a local guide as you can get lost and drowned when the tide turns.
Also most years someone dies taking selfies on the edge of a Cliff. Hardly ever locally. But it happens around the country.
So. Be smart. Get local knowledge and the help of a local guide before you take unneeded risks.
And. Don't take selfie photos near a Cliff edge. It's not worth the risk.
We have a full moon at the moment which greatly effects the tide. That and global warming have created the phenomenon of now and again the tide going out past the Cliffs of Doon.
I took advantage of it to shoot videos of myself and blonde beach bum baby girl Mo Chuisle Irish Wolfhound having a nose around.
It feels a bit like being in Nature's own church. What with the really high ceilings and the odd Rock Pigeon breaking cover to fly out.
Irish Wolfhounds have many unique traits.
One of which is they move silently. Totally silent. Stopping here there to sniff the air and ground and gaze at the far distance.
They were originally bred to hunt Wolves, Deer and smaller game like Rabbits and Hares.
Hence their great speed, grace and total silence.
Mo Chuisle is a dyed in the wool Wild Atlantic Way beach bum. Scouring the shore every single day for new smells and flotsam and getsam delivered by the Ocean.
It's part of the Oceans mystery. What washed up today and the sand is a totally new canvas after every tide.
As always Mo Chuisle sends you all giant wet nose Wolfie bOoPs, whoever you are and wherever you are.
Have a great day & let's be careful out there as the Sargent in the TV series Hill Street blues used to say.
