Today’s lunch at Ah Chong Curry Laksa was truly satisfying! 🍜
There are so many choices on the menu, but my personal favourite is still the Curry Laksa with meehoon . The bowl came generously packed with tender chicken, fresh cockles, and tofu pok that soaked up the rich, fragrant curry broth beautifully.
The curry gravy was thick, aromatic, and full of flavour — every spoonful had that comforting balance of spice and creaminess that makes laksa so addictive. The Meehoon absorbed the broth well, making every bite delicious.
Simple, hearty, and full of local flavour — definitely a satisfying lunch! 😋
