This Kochi travel vlog explores Ernakulam and Fort Kochi in Kerala, featuring popular places, local food spots, cafes and cultural landmarks. The vlog starts with checking into Travancore Court and exploring Lulu Mall and Forum Mall before trying local food including toddy with parotta and beef roast.
The next morning I walked to the High Court station to experience the Kochi Water Metro and head towards Fort Kochi. The ride was scenic and a unique way to see the city.
I visited Aspinwall House during the Kochi-Muziris Biennale, explored contemporary art installations, stopped by Kashi Art Cafe for their famous chocolate cake, and walked past the historic Chinese fishing nets.
The day ended with authentic Kerala cuisine at Palaaram restaurant, trying irachi saadham, egg aanam and ghee rice.
