The first batch of eight hundred and seventy-seven Special Constables under the community policing initiative today graduated from police training school, Ogida, Benin City
Governor Godwin Obaseki who graced the passing out parade of the state special constables ordered police officers to arrest all criminals perpetrating acts of criminality in the state before Christmas to enable residents heave a sigh of relief.
