Fried Meat Wonton Recipe:
8 ounces of ground turkey (protein of choice)
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1/4 cup chives or green onions, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, grated
1 tsp of ginger, grated
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 TBS oyster sauce
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
30-35 wonton wrappers
water for sealing
sweet chili sauce for dipping sauce
