Pecan Praline Sauce 🔥this is my way of doing it. The sauce is on the sweeter side, so when you use it in other treats, adjust the sugar to keep everything balanced.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup packed light brown sugar
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup unsalted butter
• 1 tbsp corn syrup (optional,helps prevent crystallization, but can skip)
• 1 tsp Caramel
Emulsion or vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
• ¾ cup chopped pecans
