Today we focus on the foundation: Simplify. Progress doesn't come from adding more to your plate - it comes from simplifying what's already there.
The Stop → Start → Go Framework:
STOP what's stealing your time, energy, or clarity
START doing what aligns (even if it's small)
GO - Move with intention, even imperfectly
Featured: Aliyah's Story - A newly promoted consultant in a newly established hospital. Juggling multiple projects, saying yes to everything, exhausted and losing confidence.
Her false belief: "If I slow down or say no, people will think I can't handle it." She believed busyness equals competence.
The truth: Busyness doesn't build credibility - clarity does. When you try to do everything, you dilute your impact.
Through the Aligned STEPS Accelerator, starting with Simplify, we asked 3 questions:
1. What needs to stop?
2. What needs to start?
3. Where do you simply need to go?
