your behalf. She lives on my home server — and in the next five minutes,
she'll live on yours too.

The Sovereign Agent Stack is three pieces:
• An LLM (local or hosted — your choice)
• Hermes Agent — the runtime that calls the LLM and uses tools
• Iris — a single markdown profile file that turns the runtime into her

One file, one runtime, one model. No subscriptions, no dashboards, no
"upgrade to Pro." Your agent, on your machine, under your control.

WHY THIS MATTERS
Data brokers know your address, your phone, your family. They sell it.
When you ask them to delete it — under a law that gives you that right —
most of them pull the "verification trap": give us MORE data to prove
you're you, or we won't process your request. It's illegal. They do it
anyway, because most people give up.

Iris doesn't give up. She's also a demonstration — that this is
buildable, that it works, and that the broker industry's best weapon
against you is your own fatigue.
