Archival footage shot by an amateur filmmaker while visiting Nigeria in 1977.
It contains stock footage of Lagos: old huts, buildings, and bridges with vintage cars, the Federal Government building, Nigerian flags fluttering on government buildings, fishermen casting nets into the Gulf of Guinea using traditional African boats, the Lagos International Trade Fair (LITF) with visitors and industrial pavilions from countries around the world, an African grey parrot (Psittacus erithacus) and typical Nigerian plants in town, a polo match at Lagos Polo Club, go-kart racing in a local arena, and more.
