Vietnamese Coffee Brownie recipe

Описание: Vietnam is one of the most important coffee regions in the world. Through gentle roasting in butter or cooking oil, the coffee gets its charismatic and strong taste. Chef, writer and photographer Olaf Deharde incorporated this unique taste as well as the Vietnamese preparation of the coffee into the recipe of his coffee brownie for TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An:

Ingredients:
50 ml coffee
50 ml sweet condensed milk plus extra for the topping
200 g chocolate approx. 60%
100 g butter
100 g sugar
100 g flour
3 eggs

Preperation:

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top/bottom heat.

Brew 100 ml of Vietnamese style coffee using the sweet condensed milk.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. When both are melted, remove from the water bath and stir in the sugar and coffee.

Add the eggs and combine everything. Then stir in the flour and pour everythinginto a baking dish.

Bake the brownie for 20 to 25 minutes.

The brownie tastes best while still warm!
