Next city in our UK cities series: Lancaster
We are in the North West just outside the Lake District for a weekend in this historic city.
A place well known for the Pendle witch trials, it's beautiful architecture and prison castle, and Williamson park. Although not a huge city, it is a lovely place to walk around with some amazing viewpoints overlooking the city and beyond.
Walk along the canal, stroll through the park, visit churches and museums, and see what Lancaster is all about!
