In this video I show you my methods for bringing in the best players for your lower league team on Football Manager 2016. Most of the time you will be looking to bring in players who are on loan or free transfers.

When you are managing a lower League team it is important to try and find players who you know will be able to do a job for your team as soon as they are signed. I like to find players who are currently playing in the league that I am managing in and sort by average rating to find the best players available to bring into my club. You are able to set up your scouts to find players you are currently playing in the league that you are managing in. It is important to also know which players you might be able to bring in on loan from bigger clubs.
