I just got my labs back, so I wanted to talk about how I maintain good numbers approaching age 60 on TRT, and how you can too! It all comes from my ABCDs approach to health. The ABCDs represent the basic topics that account for so many health issues. If you can manage them well, there’s a good chance you’ll be in great health! A, B, and C apply to everyone, and D, deposition disease, is an additional concern for men on androgens, whether testosterone or steroids.
