In this session, the YouTube XR team will explore the elements of what makes up a great immersive content experience in XR. We will discuss content creation, and share best practices for producing immersive content that unfolds magically for users in XR, through a combination of formats and interactive capabilities. We will also dive into what it takes to build an immersive watch experience for users across multiple XR platforms, including Android XR, Meta Quest, and visionOS. We will discuss designing and building new interaction models, environments, and spatial UI layouts that support a multitude of content formats ranging from 3D, VR180, 360, 2D and Shorts.
