Chilean President, Michelle Bachelet given ceremonial welcome on official visit

Описание: (29 Oct 2014) Chilean President Michele Bachelet received a royal welcome in Madrid on Wednesday, on the first day of a three day official visit to the Spanish capital.
King Felipe VI of Spain and Queen Letizia received Bachelet at the Pardo Palace which is used as a residence for visiting heads of state.
She was met with full honours and a military parade.
Bachelet is scheduled to meet with Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, where the talks are expected to touch on areas of trade, security and improving relations between Europe and South America.
