Happy mothers day to mothers all over the world. My mother is a caterer who has been cooking for more than 30 years, I learned a lot of what I know from her and I am excited to feature her on the channel to show us how to make amazing and authentic Ghanaian meals
This is a mother's day special and we would be making Abunuabunu soup with snails, crabs, mushrooms, and seafood. This soup is super healthy and delicious and very easy to make using my mom's recipe
Here are all the ingredients we used to make the recipe
Crabs
Mushrooms
Dried fish
Snails
smoked fish ( amane, potwe )
smoked catfish
cured fish ( momone )
Kontomire leaves
Turkey berries ( konsosowa)
green habanero pepper
onions
tomatoes
prekese
