What blood pressure reading did you get? I'd say this is about 106/70 or 104/70, depending on whether you round up or down on the systolic.
On a manual blood pressure, you generally post only even numbers. You can round up or down to the nearest even number if the needle falls in the middle.
Remember, you are listening for the Korotkoff sounds when taking a blood pressure. The first sound you hear is the systolic number, and the point where the sound stops (silence heard) is the diastolic number.
