Описание: জুলাই গণঅভ্যুত্থানে সংঘটিত মানবতাবিরোধী অপরাধের মামলায় সাবেক প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনাকে নিরপরাধ দাবি করে তাঁর খালাস চেয়েছেন রাষ্ট্রনিযুক্ত আইনজীবী মো. আমীর হোসেন। সোমবার আন্তর্জাতিক অপরাধ ট্রাইব্যুনাল-১ এ আসামিপক্ষের যুক্তিতর্ক উপস্থাপনের সময় তিনি জানান, সাক্ষ্য ও প্রমাণে অভিযোগ প্রমাণিত হয়নি। প্রসিকিউশন এর আগে শেখ হাসিনাসহ তিনজনের মৃত্যুদণ্ড চেয়েছিল। মামলায় ৫৪ জন সাক্ষী সাক্ষ্য দিয়েছেন এবং মোট পাঁচটি অভিযোগ গঠন করা হয়েছে।
