if the object or person in a sentence is male or female gender; method works perhaps 80% of the time; examples include a scenario of husband calls wife as Shreemati not Shreeman!! and same would apply if Shreemati is were to call husband Shreeman not Shreemati!
Additional Words you can pickup include; beautiful, ugly, ok and many more.
Having words with gender type is beautiful in Nepali language. Don't get discouraged; says a Nina or Biba who loves to giggle. So you might wanna scratch your belly instead of head if it becomes too tough.
