In this video, I built a rechargeable DC power supply using only three 18650 lithium batteries.
The system is based on:
A 3S BMS for battery protection
An XL4015 DC-DC buck converter (CV/CC)
A digital volt/amp meter
5V USB output for charging smartphones
12V output for LEDs and electronics
This DIY power supply can light 12V LEDs, charge a smartphone at 5V, and demonstrate how voltage and current regulation works using CV/CC mode.
