This face mask making machine is a fully automatic disposable mask machine/surgical face mask machine.
Automatically completemask production by making non-woven face mask blank body from raw material feeding, sealing, cutting nose wire, pleating, ultrasound sealing to ear-loop welding & nose wire welding & finished mask collect to conveyor.
Equipped with 12 sets servo motor rotates ear-loop ( elastic band ), aligns ear-loop, stable & high efficient.
Nonwoven fabric tension controller is optional.
Nonwoven fabric rectifying controller is optional.
High quality aluminum alloy frame, solid and durable.
For adult and children, mask size can be customized.
Adjustable elastic band length, 3 layers, 4 layers or 4 layers dual nose wire mask are optional.
