Talking of employment, it also becomes important to understand what made Bihar a poor state like this. Industrial sector is very crucial to development of any state, and there were several industries in Bihar which got shut due to various reasons. Non-availability of suitable opportunities fuelled migration on a very large scale. To understand what lead to the decline of these industries, Team Mojo visited a Sugar Mill located in Lohat Village of Madhubani district. In this video, you will also find retired employees talking about problems they face like no salary payments, etc.
