I wrote this song after losing Paul. It's about loss, death and the sorrow that ensues. I hope that it helps to provide healing for those who need it.

The story behind why I wrote the song "Shadows Leave No Traces".
I was in the worst hospital in the world in France, basically fighting for my life, when the love of my life for 18 years died on April 19, 2024. I was unable to process my grief, so I wrote this song, which I later released after leaving the hospital, which I dubbed "The Bastille" because it felt like a prison. It's never fun to be in a hospital, especially in another country. I still haven't gotten over his death. That along with all the other losses in my life is why I will always pour myself into my writing, music, art and other forms of creative expression.

A haunting journey through loss, love, and time.
Shadows Leave No Traces captures the moment when memory fades but love still lingers, a whispered echo between worlds.
