1998 - 2005 Chevy Cavalier Sunfire Front Wheel Hub Replacement & Bearing Noise Isolation Techniques

Описание: In this video we'll go over diagnosing an elevated road noise problem of a roaring or rumbling nature coming from the front wheel of a Chevy Cavalier. The symptoms are distinctly that of a worn out wheel bearing and hub assembly in nature, but in this particular case the usual tests failed to confirm the diagnosis. The vehicle shown is a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier, but the video is applicable to the Pontiac Sunfire as well. Model years 1998 thru 2005. The technique is applicable to 1997 and earlier GM J body cars, but the torque values given are going to be different, as well as there are additional wheel hub and bearing seals not used for the years covered in this video. Part numbers would be the same though.
