Guitar practice tip - Keep a journal that outlines what you work on in a given practice session and the amount of time you spend on each thing. I finally started doing this earlier this year and I have found it very beneficial, wish I started the habit years ago.
Example day below:
11-10-24
10 minutes - fingerstyle right hand picking exercises
10 minutes - slide guitar exercises
30 minutes - jazz standards repertoire practice
30 minutes - learning the melody of a new tune
