This Underground Cable Installation Video is a step by step guide of the process involved when laying underground electricity cables.
Once detailed drawings are shared with Local residents, Landowners, Local Authorities and other interested parties, the Communication Plan outlines what will happen through the process.
Works are carried out in line with relevant health and safety authority codes of practice.
3 stages of Installing of Cables include:
Stage 1 – Preparing the trench and installing plastic electricity ducts
Stage 2 – Installing the cable in the ducts
Stage 3 – Jointing the cable connections
Management of traffic disruption and careful road restoration plans are carefully executed to ensure a safe, secure and sustainable supply of electricity at all times.
