Equipement I use:
The Piano is a Kawai Es110 keyboard
There’s a led strip connected to the keyboard via a software to make the keys ‘light up’
I record in Ableton.
Piano sound is from the VST ‘Noire Piano’

In the comments of my F1 Theme cover, many of you noticed that the chord progression was very similar to Time from Inception. I thought it would be interesting to put them together in a mashup. And they do fit very well indeed! There is more Inception in there than F1, simply because there are more chords. So I decided to keep it simple and take the theme from Time, and put it in F1's rhythm.
Some of you said that it shows a lack of creativity from Zimmer to use the same base, but to me it's the other way around. To have such similarities and yet for the 2 tracks to sound completely different from one another is a so difficult. F1 sounds original, and fits the movie, all by itself.
