Ahead of WRC Safari Rally Kenya 2024, Nicky Grist took a visit to his old pal Malcolm Wilson up at M-Sport HQ to reminisce on this time 25 years ago - when Colin McRae & Nicky Grist clenched the first EVER win for the Ford Focus WRC at Safari Rally Kenya.
Nicky even got his first ever experience of sitting in the Puma Rally1 car with WRC driver Gregoire Munster, and shares his thoughts on comparing this new piece of machinery to what he and Colin used back in the 1999 World Rally Championship.
