In this episode, fresh milk is turned into homemade yogurt, then churned the nomadic way inside a traditional goatskin churn (Mashk) to make rich, natural butter. Negin and Neila churn the mashk by hand, just like generations of nomads before them.

Meanwhile, Sareh prepares a rare and powerful traditional nomadic liver dish. Fresh lamb liver and white liver are slowly cooked in fresh milk, hand-ground, then wrapped delicately in thin lamb tail fat (Donbeh), shaped like a stuffed roll, and gently cooked inside a clay tandoor using glowing charcoal — after baking traditional bread.

Alongside the cooking, village life flows naturally:
• Dough is prepared and traditional tandoor bread is baked
• Sheep are taken out to graze 🐑
• Chickens are fed by hand
• Their mother guides the cows toward the forest pasture
• Fresh herbs are picked from the garden and served with love on a simple village table 🌱
