📝 Ingredients

🐔 For Chicken Marinade (1 kg chicken strips)
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 2 tbsp tandoori masala
• 2 tbsp red chilli powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 2 tbsp cumin powder
• 1 tbsp black pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp oil
• 3 tbsp fresh cream
• 1 egg

🥟 For Wrapping
• Samosa patti (cut into thin strips)
• Oil for deep frying

👩‍🍳 Method

1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, add chicken strips and all marinade ingredients.
Mix very well until fully coated.
Cover and marinate for at least 1–2 hours (overnight is best for extra flavor).

2️⃣ Prepare Samosa Patti
Cut samosa patti into thin long strips.

3️⃣ Wrap the Chicken
• Take some stripes of samosa patti in your hand.
• Place 1 piece of marinated chicken in the center.
• Wrap with another strip crossing over it (like a basket pattern).
• Press gently to secure the shape.

4️⃣ Freeze for Setting
Place all prepared pieces on a tray.
Freeze for 30–45 minutes so they hold their shape while frying.

5️⃣ Fry
Heat oil on medium flame.
Deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
Do not overcrowd the pan.
