मेथी पराठा -
ताज़ी मेथी के पत्ते - 1 बंडल (250g-300g)
गेहूँ का आटा - 2 कप
बेसन - 3 Tbsp
हरी मिर्च - 1 बारीक़ कटी
अदरख लहसुन का पेस्ट - 1Tsp
बारीक़ कटी हरी धनिया की पत्तियाँ - 3 -4 Tsp
मलाई - 2 Tbsp
अजवाइन - ½ Tsp
कलौंजी - ¼Tsp
सफ़ेद तिल - 1Tbsp
नमक - स्वादानुसार
हल्दी पाउडर - ½ Tsp
जीरा पाउडर - ½ Tsp
धनिया पाउडर - ½ Tsp
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - ½ Tsp
निम्बू - 1
तेल/देशी घी - पराठे सेंकने के लिए
बघार के लिए -
तेल - 1Tsp
जीरा - 1Tsp
Fresh Fenugreek leaves - 1 Bunch (250g-300g)
Wheat flour - 2 Cup (400g)
Gram flour - 3 Tbsp
Green Chilli - 1 Finely chopped
Ginger Garlic paste - 1Tsp
Finely chopped green coriander leaves - 3 -4 Tsp
Malai - 2 Tbsp
Carom seeds /Ajwain - ½ Tsp
Fennel seeds - ¼Tsp
Sesame seeds - 1Tbsp
Salt - According to taste
Turmeric powder - ½ Tsp
Cumin powder - ½ Tsp
Coriander powder - ½ Tsp
Red Chilli powder - ½ Tsp
Lemon - 1
Oil / Pure ghee - to bake paratha
Oil - 1Tsp
Cumin seeds - 1Tsp
