Low-Calorie Big Mac Sauce
Why buy it when you can make a high-protein, low-fat version at home? This sauce is perfect for burgers, wraps, or as a dip for fries!

The original Big Mac Sauce recipe is a closely guarded secret, but its complex flavor profile, including its tanginess and sweetness, is largely inspired by classic Thousand Island dressing, which became popular in the United States in the early 20th century.

Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup (65g) ) 0% Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp (15g) low fat mayonnaise
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1/3 medium pickle (16g), finely diced (or relish)
• 1 tbsp pickle juice (or white vinegar)
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Notes:
• Chill for Flavor: The flavor will deepen and improve significantly if you let the sauce chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
• Texture: For a smoother texture, blend all the ingredients in a small food processor instead of dicing the pickle.

Instructions:
1. Combine: In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, low-fat mayonnaise, mustard, and pickle juice/vinegar. Mix well.
2. Add Seasonings: Stir in the finely diced pickle (or relish), paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix: Stir thoroughly until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and the sauce is uniform in color.
4. Serve: Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
